Shipping policy

How long does it take to process my order? 

I do my very best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand I am human and not perfect. Each Item takes 6-9 hours to 3D print and assemble by hand. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. 

 

Where do you ship?

I ship Inferno Treasures products directly from my home in Alaska domestically. Shipping times depend on your location. The USPS site quotes but does not guarantee, 2-6 business days for domestic delivery.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Inferno Treasures is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package. 

Should Inferno Treasures mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to be paid immediately.
